Condition Report
The canvas is laid down on masonite. Some areas are thinly painted, leaving the canvas weave more visible. The paint surface is soiled and could benefit from a cleaning. Under UV light: some of the darker pigments on the hair read strongly under UV light and appear to be touch-ups applied over the varnish. The remaining canvas is covered by a thick, opaque varnish. Frame: 28 3/4 x 22 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches
